MY OTHER PROJECTS
I think a lot of how we are not taught to embrace or even recognize joy. We are taught to make pain tangible, we are taught that pleasures are taboo. Sex is evil? Pain is the norm, even self inflicted in the name of "savior". No, no, noooo. Find your smiles, capture them, fill your home, your heart with them. When the pain creeps in, let it just be this thing that lasts for its moment.

Upon entering my 40's I found myself unversed in what was to come. My hormones were going coo·coo, I was confused, tired, and well fucking off.
I started this project to get a dialogue going & to teach each other about perimenopause & beyond.

I've oft and long pondered the affect of ones disposition on their physical appearance.
I am finally putting pen to paper and film in camera for this project.
