GIVING BACK

That's what it's all about!

When I first realized this is what I want to do, it was all about saving my friends that have addiction issues. Sadly, most of them have since succumbed to their habits.

It took me some years to get back to here, to me, to my practice. It was all a bit bittersweet.

Over those years I learned even more about managing grief, I helped others whenever I could, raised money for charities with pics of my tits and tips from serving drinks.

NOW, now I am setting this up to eventually become a foundation that will provide aid to those in need.

Until then, I'll be featuring charities that I support on this page.

I offer sliding scale sessions to those that want/need 1 on 1 sessions.

To gift my services : book here.

  • World Central Kitchen · Born from the heart of Chef José Andrés in 2010, WCK has continued to provide food to both war torn and disaster affected communities.

  • Giving Kitchen & The Burnt Chef Project · Close to my heart, these charities help those in the service industry when we need help. A lot of people seem to have this idea that the job of server, bartender, chef, cook, busser, barback, host/ess, maitre d', manager, etc is one that is of little to no stress. Yet, we take in all of the emotion that walks through that door, with a fucking smile or fear the yelp.

  • Water Drop LA · Helping the people of Los Angeles get clean water.

  • Innocence Project · There are FAR too many innocent inmates on death row. The amazing people at the innocence project help them with appeals and stays of execution.

  • Art for Redemption · Want to purchase a gift for a loved one or yourself? Consider buying an original piece of art from an inmate. I've written a number of inmates and have quite a few friends who were incarcerated at one time or another, whether it be writing, drawing, or painting, art helps heal.

  • Banco Alimentar · A food bank in Portugal. "The "Paper for Food" Campaign is part of a broader ideal of awareness of the importance of the role of each person in society and in the world and for the possibility of recovering and reusing things that seem to have no value. It is an opportunity for each person to play an essential role in the fight against hunger, while contributing to the protection of the environment and nature with a small gesture."

  • Tunnel to Towers · So very close to my heart and the hearts of all New Yorkers. Born from the tragedies of 9/11, T2T has helped our first responders & veterans in so many ways, including providing mortgage free housing.
